Mr. Pierce has been an industry executive for the past 40 years. As a founder of Metal Works, Inc. he has spent the last 30 years as president and CEO. His breadth of knowledge and expertise in the metal industry have helped him lead his company to the success they enjoy today. Prior to founding Metal Works Mr. Pierce was Director of Sales at the J. Gerber Company. Mr. Pierce received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
When not spending time with his family you will find Fred outdoors playing golf, skiing, fishing and riding his bike.
Tom Masiero is one of the founders and Chief Operating Officer of Metal Works, Inc. He has more than 40 years of manufacturing experience in the precision sheet metal industry. His leadership in engineering, ISO 9001 quality management, and facilities operations has helped Metal Works achieve its long term success. Tom has championed many projects from design to production. Prior to Metal Works Tom served as President at N.E. Fabricated Metals from 1983 to 1985 and studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. His interests are his family and 8 grandchildren.
Mr. Staffiere started working in the Sheet Metal industry in 1980 as a machine operator. Over the next six years, he worked at a number of different shops, progressing from operator to a class "A" set-up person and certified welder. Mr. Staffiere joined Metal Works in 1986 and was quickly promoted to shop foreman. As the company grew he worked his way up the ranks to Plant manager, Director of Operations, and to Vice President. During that time, he attended night school at Daniel Webster College, earning his Bachelor's degree in 1999 and M.B.A. in 2008. Mr. Staffiere maintained a GPA of 3.95 and was inducted into the Alpha-Chi National College Honor society. Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his family. He has a deep passion for motorcycles, both on and off-road and also loves to play golf and fish.

Jason Lagasse is the Sales Manager at Metal Works. Jason provides exceptional and unique service to Metal Works customers due to his extensive combined experience in direct manufacturing, engineering and professional sales. Jason’s specialty is leveraging his 20+ years in the industry to provide customers with endless, creative cost-reduction options. In his personal time, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, coaching youth sports, hiking and playing golf.
Russ MacPherson started his sheet metal career in 1975 as a shear operator moving on to the brakes and then inspection. He continued to develop his hands-on experience as well as education and training in Quality Assurance which culminated in a once in a life time opportunity to work closely with employees at all levels of a multinational organization. His endeavors in continuous improvement, performance excellence and standardization facilitated a global approach and eventually spanned to over 50 sites in Europe, Asia, North and South America.
Russ comes from a musical family; on his time off he still writes, records and performs music as a vocalist, keyboardist, harp and tin whistle player.
