After punching and forming, we finalized the chassis production process with a trio of vital secondary services, including hardware insertion, powder coating, and assembly. Our ability to handle these in-house saves our customers time and money and ensures every project we complete is made to the highest standards of quality. We’re proud to offer electro-mechanical assembly and a complete powder paint conveyor system with a gas infrared oven, and we also utilize a three-phase conveyor phosphate cleaning line to ensure every part is clean and ready for painting.
